How to make Liquid Soap

Below are the required items and chemicals for making liquid soap used for washing clothes, dishes, cars, house floor, etc. Buy the chemicals from the market, prepare them accordingly and sell to family members, friends, colleagues etc. for small cash.

I promise you if well prepared, you will create a big market for yourself. When you find the chemical shop at the market, tell them your desired finished product size / quantity because it will determine each chemical quantity that you will buy or buy as much as you can afford. 

You can also supply in large quantities to some organizations, schools, if you can get the contract.

ITEMS

Disposable gloves
Stick
Container (20 liter bowl or bigger for mixing all the chemicals)
Container for individual mixtures (if required)
As desired, different container sizes for packaging

CHEMICAL REQUIREMENTS

Antisol / Nitrosol
Water
Soda Ash
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS)
Sulphonic Acid
Formalin
Caustic Soda
Color
Perfume

STEP 1
  • Measure the water into a container, add the Antisol or Nitrosol and Stir with a stick

NOTE: If you want to produce 20 liter Liquid detergent, add 20 liter of water. Also if you are to use Antisol, when you add it into the water, leave the water for 24 hours before you continue but if you are to use Nitrosol, when you add into the water continue immediately. 

STEP2
  • Add Soda Ash and continue to stir the mixture

STEP 3
  • Mix Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and Sulphonic acid in another container and pour into the main big (Step 1) container

STEP 4
  • Add Caustic soda as stirring continues  

STEP 5 
  • Add Formalin (preservative). Please remove your face and continue to stir  

STEP 6 
  • Dissolve the color in little water and add to the mixture

STEP 7
  • Add perfume and stir vigorously  
HURRAY!!! The Liquid detergent is ready for packaging



STEP 8
  • Package, market the items and make your money.
